Log in to the Internal Clients Portal
To use Internal Client Portal, the portal administrator must assign a user name and e-mail address within Ensolva application and assign the role Internal Client.
When logging in for the first time, it is necessary to set the password by clicking the Forgot Password button below the login form.
The following screen opens, where you must enter your user name and click the Send button.
A link to reset the password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
When you click on the link, the password entry screen will open, you must enter the same password in the first and second fields, and then click Reset Password.
Once the password is set, you can log in to the portal using the user name and password you have set.
